About Us

Often, when families are recommended for ABA Therapy, they are not provided with much direction. G&L Behavior Solutions is here to help. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are committed to offering high-quality, accessible ABA services to families across South Florida and Virginia. Our mission is to empower families and practitioners through evidence-based practices, compassionate care, and meaningful community involvement. We believe that no family should feel alone during this process.

So, what is ABA Therapy? ABA Therapy is an evidence-based approach that helps improve skills such as safety, independent living, communication, social interaction, academics, and play. The process begins with comprehensive assessments to understand your child's strengths and areas of concern. From there, a personalized behavior support plan is created to teach meaningful skills and reduce behaviors that may interfere with learning and daily life.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. Our strategies are continuously evaluated and adjusted to ensure effectiveness, and we prioritize working closely with parents and caregivers. At G&L Behavior Solutions, we offer dedicated parent support services to help families feel confident implementing strategies at home and in the community. As a nonprofit, our vision is to ensure that every family, regardless of background or circumstance, has access to the tools, support, and care needed to thrive.
